Apparent scam.

Purchased Office 365 Home and Student. Office Depot sent several emails claiming to have a product key for activation and download. When I was finally sent a key code it was rejected by Microsoft as expired. Office Depot has refused to refund my purchase. I have the conversation printed out and have sent it to the Colorado State Attorney. I have also informed my bank of credit card fraud.

I purchased MS Office from Software Depot Co for one PC. I had a Windows problem and my PC supplier had to rebuild my PC. I lost all my applications - had no problem reinstalling Norton (not purchased from Software Depot) and others but the Product Key for MS Office was blocked by Microsoft. Microsoft said I needed to contact Software Depot for a new Product Key or a refund. I contacted Software Depot and they said that I have to re-purchase the software. This was extremely unhelpful as the Product Key I purchased should remain active - I wasn't attempting to install it on other devices. DO NOT BUY FROM SOFTWARE DEPOT. You will waste your money and lose the software if your PC crashes.

Purchased Microsoft office 2016 Serial Key worked fine until my computer crashed and I had to renter key only to be told "you only get one shot at it" I have been on to Microsoft and they tell me the number has been on sold. What a great company! Serves me right and the old adage is true "Pay peanuts, you get monkeys" I now have to purchase from a reputable store, pay the right price and reinstall. I have tried to ring their "Office" in Sydney but all you ever get is a Canadian Accent with excuses about we are too busy to answer your call leave a message and we will get back to you. Never happens Lesson Learned

Below is a copy of how I coped with this company and the feedback that I provided them. "I refer to your two "smelly" emails with following Australian Central Daylight Saving time stamps of Tuesday 13th March 2018 15:29 and Tuesday 13th March 2018 15:46 I have been advised by my bank that you withdrew AUD115.00 from my account at 15:50 ACDS Please note that account is now closed and any further attempt to draw funds by you will fail. Whether you decide to supply product in a timely manner (less than 10 minutes) is up to you. All I can say is that I have the capacity and tenacity to provide you with an amount of negative advertising many times greater than AUD115.00"

Purchased Microsoft Office. sadly unsecured payment system and I have had to cancel my credit card which was hacked in Amsterdam and New Jersey. Yet to have problems with the office system but I am expecting it to crash or whatever. Considering deleting and purchasing from a reputable company and cutting my losses. cheap is not always a good thing. I have learnt a lesson. I would not recommend this site to anyone and I will be trying to contact there so called Sydney office. They state Australian owned but your money is sent to Canada {Vancouver} with an international transfer fee. All seems like false advertising to me and I am seeing who I can get in touch with about this.

This is our 3rd purchase of Office 2016 Home and Business, Everything work fine on our computer. We'll be purchasing more software in the future. We got the software 10-15 minutes right after we receive the confirmation. I called for assistance and spoke to one of the technical support, he is very professional and helpful. he manage to do a remote assistance and install each of the software to the computer. I'm so thankful that we're back on business. We'll definitely looking for more software to purchase from this company. They have the cheapest software online and fastest download on our computer.

I purchased the Microsoft Office Home 2010 Download on the Softwaredepot.co website. However after two and a half weeks later no software arrived. I got a phone call (from the United States of America) but the caller just hung up after she asked if I was the person that purchased the software. The website lists a Sydney phone number 02 8310 **** that supposedly operates 8am-6pm. I have tried to ring several times but an automated message comes up saying that the office is closed. Check my credit card and the merchant sites leads to redbox software site. This was an advertised site on google that pops up in the top 10 searches

The website layout is simple and easy to use. The ordering process is smooth from placing an order up to checkout. I ordered Microsoft Office 2016 Home and Business Edition. I received the software download link and the license in my email in just 15 minutes. I got the software installed and working in 30 minutes! Their download link is extremely fast! Great! I tried calling their hotline too. And the tech support answered my questions about compatibility of the product with my new laptop. The site is highly recommended. I am going to order again from them if I need to. For now I am happy with my product.
